Product Description
Moby Wrap Baby Carriers are amazingly comfortable and easy to wear! The design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby Wrap is a wide piece of fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders and tied on your waist. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners which make wearing simple. The Moby Wrap is long enough to fit all sizes of baby wearers and babies - preemie to 35 lbs.Instructional Booklet Included.

4 out of 5 stars Very convenient   August 26, 2008
I bought this wrap to help get some back support while carrying baby. it was pretty good! the only caveat is my baby doesnt want to stay in the carrier for long.
and i guess u can only use this at home, because if you are outside and want to take baby out, you have to unwrap the whole thing, a cumbersome process in the middle of a road.

5 out of 5 stars Finally!!!!   August 23, 2008
I feel like I've tried everything with my very picky 6 week old son. My son who is 12lbs already was very fussy with all the other carriers I tried with snaps and ties and too much mess to go on! So I did alot of research and found the Moby in Indigo. He whimpered for about 2 seconds in the Moby but the next thing I knew he was fast asleep! YES! Something that finally worked! It's really easy to figure out after you do it a couple of times...I had it down pat and memorized after 2 times. Using a mirror at first helps a lot too. I feel very comfortable in it and I loved how easy it was to get him out of to put him in his bassinet for his nap. I also used it to nurse and it was so amazing to have two hands free again. I can't wait until the Fall so I can wrap him and take my doggie for a walk at the same time. Having such a large baby and carrying him around in the infant seat all the time is a huge pain (how big will he be by 6 months?) I look forward to getting lots of use out of this and I can't wait until I can carry him on my back and front facing! Finally I can get some laundry done!
The only downside is that in such warm conditions I would hesitate to wear it outside for too long (it's almost the 100's here everyday). Other than that this product is a must if you have a fussy baby who loves to be held!

4 out of 5 stars Moby   August 21, 2008
I ordered the Blossom color which is a very nice light but saturated pink. The wrap works comfortably for my 19lb 5month old. This is really just a long piece of fabric with easy to follow instructions of how to tie around yourself. I like that there are many options for ways to carry your baby. I do not like that it doesn't work for me if say I'm at the grocery store as I wouldn't want it to fall to the ground while wrapping myself in it. One bit of warning is to wait a while after feeding to use in the lotus/joey position! My daughter normally never spits up but this position cause a good one after a big meal!

2 out of 5 stars Love the concept, but it's too hard to use!   August 10, 2008
I used a Baby Bjorn and a Sling Eez with my first child. For my second child, I bought the Moby since the reviews were so great. It certainly looks more stylish. However, the Moby is too difficult to put on, takes too long (when you have a screaming baby, this is really tough) and it's so long, that folding it up for storage is a huge hassle. I would not buy this again.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful from the start!   August 8, 2008
Within 10 minutes of opening the package I was wrapped and wearing my baby. He is 5 weeks old and quite clingy to me...he was immediately content and I was immediately two-handed again! I couldn't be happier.
I have never worn or used any type of carrier and was very nervous about choosing a good one and being able to use it. This carrier makes it so simple and easy. The instructions are very straightforward. I also visited the moby.com website and watched a short video of a model wrapping herself just to ensure the tightness and all of the wrap. That was very helpful as well and assured me that I had done it correctly! I highly recommend this one!
